Automatic coal production requires electronic components such as electrohydraulic controls, power supplies, emergency stop switches, PLC modules, industrial PCs, pressure and displacement sensors, and all connecting cables.
EEP Electro-Electronic Pranjic GmbH
Founded in 1989, EEP Elektro-Elektronik Pranjic GmbH has proven itself in the fields of industry, mining, process automation, data communication, hydraulic technology and measurement technology. The main field of activity is mining technology. Here EEP offers customers the PRA_matic® system, a fully automatic control system for underground mining. These sophisticated systems have been in service for many years in both domestic and foreign coal mines, for example in the People's Republic of China, and have proven their outstanding performance and quality.
Thanks to many years of experience in the development of hardware-related programming, customer-specific solutions can be developed for optimum support through automation and visualization of business processes.
process automation
The EEP programmable logic controller (UDP-SPS in a modularized configuration with up to 64 process signals) is used to control and regulate systems and machinery in process engineering, underground mines and the chemical industry. Thanks to its approval according to ATEX I M2 EEx ib (intrinsically safe), this PLC can also be used in hazardous areas. Programming is carried out with MULTIPROG®, KW-Software's manufacturer-independent programming system. Communication for data transfer or parameterization of devices in the process automation field takes place via Profibus (central or decentralized regulation).
Connector and bus systems
To amplify or convert incoming signals, EEP offers multiple couplers that ensure error-free communication between the customer's various components.
Electro-hydraulic pilot control
This system also allows simultaneous control of up to 22 functions, with main and pilot valves for control of expansion shields.
Sensor Technology
EEP offers a variety of specialized sensors to measure pressure, angles, distances, slope and positions.
